Can I do my affiliation at Shoreline Physical Therapy?

  • University Affiliations are an important part of Physical and Occupational Therapy education that occur in the clinic.  PT and OT students treat patients under supervision prior to taking their licensure exam.  We affiliate with these universities

What kind of patients will I be treating?

  • Students treat a range of patients, under the watchful eye of a full PT or OT, as required by law.  Conservative care of common orthopedic injuries such as tendonitis, muscle strains, back and neck injuries, sprains/strains and fractures, arthritis, stroke, multiple sclerosis, post-operative care for total knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs and a wide variety of other diagnoses.
